《The Healing of Harms》，是美國基督搖滾樂團Fireflight第一張非獨立的錄音室專輯，於2006年發行。 這張專輯是Fireflight 在Flicker Records 發行的第一張專輯。其中〈Waiting〉、〈Liar〉和〈Serenity〉三首歌之前曾收錄在樂團於2004年發行的迷你專輯《On the Subject of Moving Forward》上（雖然〈Serenity〉之前的歌名是〈Call〉)。
