新加坡於2023年5月5日至5月17日參與於柬埔寨金邊舉辦的2023年東南亞運動會。新加坡派出558名運動員參與30個大項。
參賽者
最初有517名運動員被初步選中代表新加坡參加27個大項。[1]
2023年2月28日，在向新加坡國家奧林匹克委員會（SNOC）提出上訴後，更多運動員被選中參賽。[2][3]總共有558名運動員（其中260名是首次參賽者）將會在30個大項中競爭。[4]男子體操選手Terry Tay擔任旗手。[4]此次比賽新加坡沒有派出運動員參加舞蹈運動、水上摩托、障礙賽跑、沙巴克球、軟式網球和舉重，以及武術中的昆波卡托、阿尼斯和武術博威拳部分。
3月1日，約瑟林宣布因個人原因退出比賽。他曾在最初的選手名單中。[5]
4月26日，擊劍手李文豪（Samson Lee）據報導因為孩子的出生、父親住院和工作安排缺席了三次訓練課程。[6]他因此被取消了參賽資格。[6]該隊將不會有任何人取代李文豪的位置，擊劍隊僅剩Bron Sheum、司徒健同（Si To Jian Tong）和Simon Lee代表新加坡參加比賽。[6][7]
腳踏車
新加坡在腳踏車比賽中派出了十名騎手，當中包括Calvin Sim、唐官鋒（Tong Khoon Fung）、Darren Lim、利雅德（Riyadh Hakim）、Yeo Boon Kiak、阿凡（Arfan Faisal）、Chelsie Tan、Luo Yiwei、Elizabeth Liau和符曉斐（Faye Foo）。[8][9][10]
