顆粒溶素 (英語:Granulysin ,又譯為「顆粒溶解素」)是一種由細胞毒性T細胞 (CD8陽性 T細胞)在接觸被感染的細胞時釋放的物質。其功能為通過靶細胞的膜上形成的小孔,從而誘導靶細胞凋亡 ,另外也與抗微生物相關[1] 。
顆粒溶素是一種能產生細胞溶解 和炎症反應 的分子,最早通過抑制消減雜交 尋找在人細胞毒性T細胞激活3–5天時表達的基因發現。顆粒溶素會與具有穿孔能力的穿孔素 和顆粒酶 形成溶細胞顆粒。顆粒溶素具有廣譜的抗微生物 功能,能殺傷結核桿菌 、瘧原蟲 等,甚至能殺傷一些腫瘤。一系列源自顆粒溶素的氨基酸序列的多肽 能作為潛在的抗細菌藥 。
顆粒溶素最近被認為與史蒂芬斯-強森症候群 的發生發展有關。
