遙遠杆狀菌門學名:Abditibacteriota)是一類廣泛存在於地球的極端環境中的革蘭氏陰性菌細菌,前稱為候選門FBP。根據16S rRNA序列系統發育分析,該門的成員與裝甲菌門最接近。[1][2]

發現

遙遠杆狀菌門的第一個16S rRNA序列是在南極洲麥克默多干谷,以地衣為主的隱生岩內生物群落中發現的。[3]而該門的第一個描述物種是烏特斯泰嫩遙遠杆狀菌,分離於烏特斯泰嫩嶺的花崗岩樣本,並於2018年正式描述。

生態環境

遙遠杆狀菌門的序列已在多種極端環境中被發現,包括極地沙漠、中國的石器文化遺產紀念碑[4]岩漿岩洞[5]廢水處理系統、醫院橡樹鐵雪,以及人類和動物的皮膚。[6][7]這表明該門在多樣化的極端生態環境中均有分布。[2]

分類學

遙遠杆狀菌門於2018年提出,但被認為發布無效。而後因ICNP規則的更改[8],該門在2023年得到重新發布。[9]
