氧化膦是一種無機化合物,化學式為H3PO,它只在稀釋的氣相中穩定,而在液相或固相時不穩定。[1]它作為磷化氫和氧氣反應的產物通過質譜檢測得到。[2]它也是一氧化氮和磷化氫在室溫反應,生成PxHy固體的中間體。[3]
