大比目魚
大比目魚(英語:Halibut)是鰈科,Hippoglossus和馬舌鰈的通用名稱。大比目魚是底棲魚類,因其食用性和娛樂性備受人們的歡迎[1][2][3][4]。
詞源
Halibut這個詞來自於haly(聖)和Butte(比目魚),是因為它在天主教聖日很受歡迎[1]。
