塔布勒沙拉(阿拉伯語:تبولة,羅馬化:tabbūla)[1]是中東地區的一種沙拉,起源於黎巴嫩、敘利亞一帶。主要由布格麥與切碎的歐芹、薄荷、番茄及洋蔥等混合,並適量加入食鹽、檸檬汁、橄欖油等攪拌而成。
