原硅酸氧鑥是一種無機化合物,化學式為Lu2OSiO4,是單斜晶系晶體,空間群I2/a[3]或C2/c[1]。它可由氧化鑥和二氧化硅在氯化銫熔體中於高溫反應得到。[4]合成過程中添加二氧化鈰可以得到鈰摻雜的Lu2OSiO4,它可用作閃爍體。[5]
