危險物質指令
危險物質指令[1]（修訂）（英語：Dangerous Substances Directive (67/548/EEC)）是歐盟法律中關於化學品安全的法律。該法律在2016年被CLP法規完全更換。它根據Art.100（羅馬條約Art.94的整合版本）制定出[2]，此協議適用於歐洲經濟區，[3]該指令的執行也會確保符合相應的瑞士法律。[4]
分類
指令的Art.2將危險品分為以下幾類：
- 爆炸品 (E)
- 氧化劑 (O)
- 可燃物：極易燃燒 (F+)，易燃(F)
- 有毒物質：劇毒 (T+)，有毒(T)
- 有害物質或製劑：(Xn)
- 腐蝕品 (C)
- 刺激性 (Xi)
- 致敏劑
- 致癌物質(Carc.)
- 突變原 (Mut.)
- 生殖毒性 (Repr.)
- 對環境有害 (N)
