移动自Wikipedia:互助客栈#Copyright violation?

• Pardon me for using English, but I think I have found a copyright violation, and I don't know where the proper section for copyright violations goes in this Wikipedia.　Over at 国际语, there is what appears to be a large amount of text copied from www.interlingua.com. This text has not been released under the GFDL, and this text is still copyrighted to the UMI. Would an administrator/sysop please deal with this as is appropriate? :--Almafeta (en)
