朝鲜民主主义人民共和国第四届最高人民会议选举在1967年11月25日举行，以直选的方式决出457个最高人民会议的席位谁属。与过去相同，本届选举的所有选区均只有一名参选人，而且他们全由执政党朝鲜劳动党在事前挑选^[1]。故此，朝鲜劳动党足以控制整个的最高人民会议。据报导，这届选举的投票率为100%，参选人当选率也为100%^[2]。

本届选举是首次容许在日朝鲜人参与其中，他们可在日本的在日本朝鲜人总联合会投票。此外，在这次选举中，过去的第二大党朝鲜民主党失势，只取得1个议席，总联成为此次选举的新兴势力。
