奇云·费兰特（英语：Kevin Friend，1971年7月8日—），英格兰足球球证，出身于李斯特城，现时为英超执法球证。
费兰特曾多次在大赛执法，但亦曾因执法水准不济而被足总惩罚而转为担任第四球证。
