吉姆·布朗宁（英语：Jim Browning）是一位英国北爱尔兰的YouTuber所使用的化名[1]，其影片主题为陷阱骇客与对抗呼叫中心诈骗。
布朗宁的正职为软体工程师[2]，因亲戚受技术支持诈骗而开始研究其运作模式[3]。此类诈骗中，诈骗者假扮为微软等大公司的技术人员、电脑服务提供者或税务人员等，使用远端桌面软体控制受害者的电脑，并以社交工程欺骗受害者以诈财[1][4][5][6][7][8]。布朗宁开设Youtube频道上传影片，纪录自己对抗诈骗、揭露诈骗者身份的过程，并将资讯提供给警方[9]。
2020年3月BBC电视的节目《广角镜》有一集为纪录吉姆·布朗宁对抗诈骗者的过程，他与卡尔·洛克（亦为Youtuber）骇入印度古尔冈一诈骗中心的闭路电视与电脑，收集完整诈骗经过，最终协助警方成功将诈骗者逮捕[10][11][12]。2021年纽约时报的一篇文章介绍布朗宁成功阻止年长女士被诈骗的过程[3][13]；同年美国退休者协会（AARP）的杂志刊登长文介绍布朗宁对抗网路诈骗的经过[1]。
2021年7月，布朗宁遭自称为Youtube员工的诈骗者诈骗，将自己的频道删除[14][15]，但在4天后成功将其恢复[16]，随后发布影片纪录自己被骗的经过[17]。
