暗金黄担子菌(Aureobasidium pullulans),又名黑酵母菌、出芽短梗霉,是一种类似酵母的真菌,存在于多种生活环境。
暗金黄担子菌的细胞壁的周边会产生多糖类物质,当中最重要的是β-葡聚糖(β-Glucan)[1]。
