鲁梅萨·基雅吉（土耳其语：Rumeysa Gelgi，1997年1月1日—）是一名土耳其倡导者、研究员和网站开发人员。她是吉尼斯世界纪录确认最高的在世女性[1]。她还拥有最大的手（女性）、最长的手指（女性）、最长的背（女性）等纪录，并曾获得吉尼斯世界纪录颁发的最高的在世少女纪录。她的身高为215.16公分[2][3][4][5][6][7]。
基雅吉出生于土耳其卡拉比克[8]。她的身高是由韦弗症候群造成的，这是一种罕见的疾病，会造成快速生长等异常现象[9]。这种疾病对男性的影响是女性的三倍[10]。由于她的状况，她通常使用轮椅移动，但她可以使用助行器短暂行走。她无法坐在50公分至55公分以下的座位上[2][3]。
