高圆球虫（学名：Sphaerexochus），又名凸圆球虫，是生存于中奥陶纪至晚志留纪的一属三叶虫，生活在浅海礁石间，其化石分布于亚洲、澳洲、欧洲及北美洲。这类三叶虫的外骨骼很长且呈凸状，有厚实的方解石外壳。其扁平的头鞍占据了整个宽阔的头部，颊刺退化。胸部分为11节，中轴隆起而凸出，肋叶的末梢多刺且向下弯曲。短小的尾甲也长有刺。[1]和本属相似且相关的属为假高圆球虫（Pseudosphaerexochus）。
