蛛毒素受体2
蛛毒素受体2(英语:Latrophilin 2)是一种在人类中由ADGRL2基因编码的蛋白质。[5][6]
该基因编码G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的蛛毒素受体亚家族成员。蛛毒素受体可能在细胞黏附和信号转导中发挥作用。在非人类物种的实验中,富含半胱氨酸的GPS(G蛋白偶联受体蛋白水解位点)结构域内的内源性蛋白水解切割产生两个亚基(一个大的细胞外N末端细胞黏附亚基和一个与GPCR的促胰液素/降钙素家族具有实质相似性的亚基)非共价结合在细胞膜上。虽然已经描述了几种转录变体,但仅确定了其中一种的生物学有效性。[6]
