《红蓝药丸》（英语：Red Pill Blues）[5]是美国流行摇滚乐团魔力红的第6张录音室专辑，于2017年11月3日由222唱片和新视镜唱片发行。这是萨姆·法拉尔转为乐队正式成员之后，乐队发行的第一张专辑。歌曲的标题参照了1999年的科幻电影《骇客任务》中的红蓝药丸。环球音乐台湾预购赠品则是磁铁开瓶器。[5]
专辑的首支单曲《恋人这回事》与美国歌手SZA合作，于2017年8月30日发行。为宣传专辑，乐团在北美和欧洲开启了红蓝药丸巡回演唱会。
