核苷三磷酸还原酶（Ribonucleoside-triphosphate reductase）（EC 1.17.4.2ribonucleotide reductase, 2'-deoxyribonucleoside-triphosphate:oxidized-thioredoxin 2'-oxidoreductase），系统名“2-2'-脱氧核糖核苷三磷酸：硫氧还蛋白二硫键-2'-氧化还原酶”（2'-deoxyribonucleoside-triphosphate:thioredoxin-disulfide 2'-oxidoreductase）[1][2][3]，系一种能催化以下化学反应的酶：
2'-脱氧核糖核苷三磷酸+硫氧化还原蛋白二硫键+H2O 核糖核苷三磷酸+硫氧化还原蛋白
核苷三磷酸还原酶的作用需要cobamide辅酶，同时还要消耗ATP。
