意大利红肠
意大利红肠(Pepperoni)是灵感源自意大利,实际由美国人发明的一种香肠,为莎乐美肠的变体,由用辣椒粉或其他辣椒粉调味的猪肉和牛肉的腌制混合物制成[1][2]。意大利红肠的特点是柔软,略带烟熏味,并呈鲜红色。切成薄片的意大利红肠披萨是美国披萨店中最受欢迎的披萨[3]。
