南甘马粦省（Camarines Sur）是菲律宾吕宋比科尔政区的一个省份。首府为皮利（Pili）。南甘马粦省北邻北甘马粦省及奎松省，南面则是阿尔拜省。东边则是马却达海峡（Maqueda Channel）与岛屿省份卡坦端内斯省。
