仇恨团体（英语：Hate group）是针对某些人士的种族、民族、肤色、国籍、宗教、文化、语言、口音、阶级、职业、外貌、性别、性取向、性别认同及性别气质等而憎恨、讨厌、敌视或者诉诸暴力的有组织集团。
美国有两个监察仇恨团体的主要组织，分别是反诽谤联盟[1]及南方贫困法律中心[2]。除此之外，这些仇恨团体都被联邦调查局追踪。此外，美国还有宗教性质的仇恨团体，相当一部分有基督新教极端主义背景，包括3K党、天军、威斯特布路浸信会[3]等。[4]
