But don't worry. You can also translate the italian article into chinese. On one hand you can make a contribute. On the other hand you can also improve your chinese here.

Buongiorno!

For "I can't speak Chinese quite well", you can say "我普通话/国语说得不好。" or if you can speak well but can't write quite well, you can say "我会说普通话/国语,但我不太会写汉字。" Benvenuto a te! -- polyhedron(古韻) 留言

And "普通话" is used mainly in China Mainland, "国语" used mainly in Taiwan, Hong Kong or so, for convenience you can write both. -- polyhedron(古韻) 留言 15:38 2006年1月22日 (UTC)

Also.

Ich habe mich versehen. Jetzt ist alles klar. "Meine chinesische Schreibung und Aussprache sind ausreichend."

一直往(望)前走

yì zhí wǎng (wàng) qián zǒu. And 1, 2, 3, 4 for tone-labelling is also acceptable in China mainland computer environment (taiwan and hong hong don't use 漢語拼音), also v for ü. but input of these capped letters is not difficult here, see below of your editing box.-- polyhedron(古韻) 留言 20:46 2006年1月23日 (UTC)

回答

我们是昨天到的。你们是什么(汉语拼音 as shén me,pronounced as shém-me)时候到的?你们买了什么?

Usually all these small 助词 are "-e" without accent (tone), so not "da". But "de" can be 的, 地, 得 in written language, in case of different grammatical position, although even many Chinese only use "的" instead of all three. -- polyhedron(古韻) 留言 10:42 2006年2月1日 (UTC)
