卡姆果(Myrciaria dubia)是桃金孃科的一種常綠灌木,原產於秘魯的亞馬遜河熱帶雨林。卡姆果自生於河畔,樹高約3米,花白色有芳香。卡姆果的果實外表類似櫻桃,含有豐富的維他命C[2]。卡姆果的果實在其原產地被當地居民廣泛食用,近年也開始大規模在世界市場上種植流通。卡姆果適合在炎熱潮濕的熱帶地區種植,成長需要大量水分。
