I can only presume that Rosa 'Eden Rose' is a variety as it is written in classical variety format ...I see no sign that it is a trademark
How can Rosa 'Eden Rose' be synonymous with a trademark ie Pierre de Ronsard ? If a variety is synonymous (ie also known as )with a trademark then the trademark is invalid ....this is basic trademark law
