男性主導
男性主導（英語：Male dominance或Maledom），是指主導者為男性的BDSM活動。
男性主導的場景最早出現在薩德侯爵小說描寫的性場景中，多為男人折磨他人（主要是女性）。術語「虐待狂」，便是源於薩德的名字。男性主導，現佔BDSM中的很大一部分。[來源請求]
1995年的研究表明，在BDSM活動中，71％的異性戀男性多為支配腳色，[1]89％異性戀女性則偏愛選擇順從的角色。[2][3]
