| 描述 | Illustration published by the Tibet Mirror in Oct. 1956. It was drawn by a Khampa eyewitness of the bombing of Litang Monastery in 1956 by Tupolev Tu-4 of People's Liberation Army. Litang Monastery is the largest monastery in Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan, China. The caption read: "They are killing several thousand of our freedom-loving, brave, ill-armed Khampas with modern weapons and destroying monasteries. The world is protesting the aggressor in Europe and W. Asia, but alas! there is no voice for Tibet."
