石膽酸(英語:Lithocholic acid,也被稱為3α-羥基-5β-膽烷-24-羧酸,3α-hydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oic acid,縮寫LCA)是一種膽汁酸,可作為溶解劑促進脂肪的吸收。結腸中的石膽酸主要來自鵝去氧膽酸,由腸道細菌的酶將其甾體骨架B環上的7α-羥基還原而來。
石膽酸已證明對實驗動物和人類具有致癌性[2]。初步的 in vitro 實驗發現石膽酸可以選擇性的殺死成神經細胞瘤細胞,同時保留正常的神經元細胞,並且在生理相關濃度下對許多其他惡性細胞類型具有細胞毒性[3]。
