Boogi wu，一个需要更多关注的案例

Though main account of Boogi wu（讨论 | 貢獻） was blocked, they are still active on this project, introducing hoaxes to several topics, e.g. European Medievial, Japanese history, BLP and so on. However, community seemed to be indifferent to their hoaxes, especially when they edited with IP addresses, such as Special:Diff/77875314 and Special:Diff/77903854, lasting for months.
Edits from following IP ranges need to be carefully reviewed, since nearly most of them were reverted.

1. 219.71.0.0/16
2. 61.231.0.0/16
3. 124.155.0.0/16

Beyond that, setting up an LTA page is necessary for this vandal given its long-term behavior.

@Ericliu1912 Interesting, yes, they are distrubing in a minor way, without any citations. But yes, genuienly hard to figure out whether it is a hoax or something fact. Update: Nearly impossible to distinguish all their hoaxes from facts, I've checked some articles from 61.231.0.0/16（讨论 | 貢獻）, these IP addresses are more likely to be boogi wu

1. 61.231.224.193 喬治·阿倫謝雷
2. 61.231.161.184
3. 61.231.232.180

But even edits from these IP addresses are mixed with hoaxes and facts. @Ericliu1912@Kenny023@LuciferianThomas@Mafalda4144

The difficulty to tell facts from hoaxes is the most problematic aspect to deal with that user. A super-large range block looks risky, that admins may just believe that "not all edits from that range are vandalism", and ignore that.

To block that range nearly equals to blocking a great number of innocent Taiwan editors.--MilkyDefer 2023年9月21日 (四) 18:05 (UTC)

@Ericliu1912 Depends on the policy of your community and whether you have some logs on CUwiki, apparently 数据过期 for Lesson1. Both accounts blocked or locked, CU request will be probably declined by SPIC.
